| Q: When I put in my order, do you ship the unit(s) to us or do we get a link to access the machine(s). |

A: We don't ship any of our units. The premise of our company is to rent time on our machines. You tell us which date, machine and OS and we turn the machines on, install a FRESH OS and give you root (console accesss if needed) access to the machines over the public internet. |
| Q: Is 2 weeks the minimum time I can rent a jesdemo.com machine? |

A: Yes |
| Q: What programs, apps, OS can I install on a jesdemo.com machine? |
|
A: You can install any* program, application and ANY OS you want to install. We ONLY install Solaris 8 - 10 on the machines ourselves. If you want you can send us an iso image and we will burn the CD / DVD and then let you install from the web.
* Whatever applications, content you have running on our machines MUST be legal and licensed (if applicable) ethical and viewable by a minor (i.e. no sexually content whatsoever, violence, gore etc...)!

| Q: What are your bandwidth limitation? |

A: These machines are NOT for FTP, warez, file transfer purposes etc... Please use common sense when transferring files. A standard transfer per project is around 500 mb, if more is needed let us know. |
| Q: What security precautions have you taken to make sure the boxes are tightened down? |

| Q: Can we choose different start dates? |
|
A: In order to allow a 24 hour window to backup, test and clean a system, we ask that you rent from Monday morning 8 am CST thru Sunday noon. |
| Q: What methods of payment do you accept? |

A: We take payments via check or credit card via paypal (no paypal account is required)! |
| Q: Can we configure our machines and you burn and keep the disk image for future use? |
|
A: Yes, we do that. We have several customers who setup their demo's on our machines and when their 2 week period is up we "flar" their hard disk to a DVD. A few weeks later we "flar" the machines from the DVD and within 4 hours the customers demo machine is up and running! |
| Q: I am in need of a powerful server AND external hard drive system or a JBOD to simulate load testing. Do you guys have access to external hard disk storage? |
